Shipping
Domestic Shipping (Australia):
- We offer a flat rate of $9 for standard shipping anywhere in Australia.
- Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $120.
- Orders are processed within 2 business days from our warehouse. Please allow 2-6 business days for delivery. Orders to Western Australia may take up to 10 business days depending on the location.
International Shipping:
- We offer a flat rate of $15 for standard international shipping to the USA and New Zealand.
- For USA and NZ deliveries, orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse using DHL eCommerce. DHL typically delivers within 6-9 business days. We aim to make shipping smooth and easy, providing tracking information to keep you updated along the way.
- Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures, which could cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
For other international destinations:
- If your country is not listed on our website, please email hello@sandekids.com with the items you wish to purchase and your delivery destination. We will respond with estimated shipping costs for your location.
Additional Information:
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or fees that may apply in your destination country.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available.
- Sande Kids™ is not responsible for any losses associated with orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer.
Returns
We gladly accept change-of-mind returns within 15 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method (e.g. credit card to credit card, PayPal to PayPal, Afterpay to Afterpay).
Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are seeking an exchange, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.
When returning your order, please clearly label your parcel as a RETURN with the ORDER NUMBER on the parcel to help us process it efficiently.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Warranty & Consumer Guarantees
We stand by the quality of our products.
All Sande products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we offer a 3-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This covers faults or defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or accidental damage.
