Refund policy

If a product is faulty, under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund of that item.

We happily accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days so long as the item is unused, it's in the original packaging and in saleable condition. The customer is responsible for shipping costs involved with change-of-mind returns. Refund payments will be made via the original payment method e.g. credit card payment will be returned to credit card.

Any other issues regarding returns are handled at our discretion. Please email hello@sandekids.com to find a solution.
