Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept change-of-mind returns within 15 days, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., credit card refunds will return to the credit card, PayPal to PayPal, and Afterpay to Afterpay). Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to change-of-mind returns.
When returning your order, please clearly label your parcel as RETURN or EXCHANGE to help keep the process smooth. Once packaged, please return orders to:
