    How do I care for my Beach Hauler?

    Spot clean with a damp cloth for regular care. For deeper cleaning, machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid hot water and harsh detergents, as they may affect the durability of the PVC mesh. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.

    Please wipe the brass features (e.g. key clip and slider buckles) with a damp cloth if exposed to salt water and dry thoroughly before storing to avoid tarnishing.

    Avoid sharp objects and dragging, as these could cause damage.

    Is the Beach Hauler heavy?

    The Beach Hauler weighs between 650-850g. It’s lightweight yet durable, designed to carry bulky beach essentials like towels, snorkels, and toys—perfect for many summers to come. But remember, you’re the one carrying it, so pack only what you can comfortably carry!

    Why do the side press studs sometimes pop open?

    The side snaps are designed to compress the bag when carrying lighter loads. If they’re popping open, it usually means the bag is carrying a heavier load that’s putting extra tension on the sides.

    We recommend adjusting the middle buckle strap slightly higher. This helps take the weight off the sides and keeps the snaps closed securely.

      Great Quality!

      I decided to purchase a Beach Hauler after my sister purchased one and I saw how good the quality was. The material is very high quality, and the stitching and construction of the bag is excellent.

      I did initially purchase the original size and decided to return and purchase the mini instead. The original is large. I am 171cm tall and it looked extremely large on me. I should have asked to try my sisters on. It didn’t look big on her but she is 180cm. I wanted to use the bag for swimming lessons rather than the beach so I decided the smaller size would be best. The mini is perfect, and the Espresso colour is so nice.

      I did contact customer service via email to ask about returns and the customer service was prompt, polite and very professional. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Sande Kids to others needing a quality beach or swimming bag.

      I want more!

      I used the backpack all last summer and on our travels over the school holidays - loved it that much, i've added the Espresso mini beach bag to my collection. This now goes to kids sports with me. It's so lightweight and big enough for all 3 kids sports gear!
